Your right
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give reasons and without penalty.
This form serves as notification. You may also write to us by any other means unambiguously expressing your wish to withdraw. The return and refund conditions are set out in article 8 of the terms and conditions of sale.
After sending
You return the complete product, in its original packaging, no later than fourteen (14) days after this notification. Return costs are yours to bear. We refund all sums paid, including standard delivery charges, no later than fourteen (14) days after we recover the product or you provide proof of its dispatch.
