You withdraw from your order, without having to justify yourself, within fourteen days of delivery. The complete product must be sent back and return costs are yours to bear.

Parcel arrived shattered, base that no longer lights up, damaged engraving. One photo is enough: send nothing back, we refund or replace at our expense.
Report a problem →Take-back of your old electrical appliance
The illuminated base is electrical equipment. On that basis we take back your old appliance of the same type free of charge, at the delivery address, when you buy a new one. This take-back is free and, for small appliances, requires no purchase.
To benefit from it, write to us before or when placing your order, specifying the appliance to be taken back and your delivery address. You may also drop your used equipment off free of charge at a recycling centre or at the collection points provided for that purpose.
Electrical equipment must not be discarded with household waste: it contains materials to be recycled and substances to be treated separately.
Your guarantees
Independently of any commercial warranty, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Invoking them costs you nothing.
