How it works

Glass is fragile and transport is not always gentle. If your sphere arrives shattered or if the base does not light up, send nothing back: a photo is enough for us to establish the problem and refund you or send a replacement, at our expense.

This falls under the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers you for two years from delivery and costs you nothing. If you simply changed your mind, withdrawal is what you need.
